HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 (continental U.S.)
- All orders under $75 have a flat rate shipping option of $5.99
HOW FAST WILL I GET MY GAMES?
- Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.
- In-stock orders ship within 1 business days.
- We ship orders Monday-Friday except holidays.
- Most orders will ship same day if placed before 2:00 PST.
DETERMINING RATES
- To see your shipping rates, add products to cart and proceed to checkout
- Generally you will be given several shipping options, including a flat rate option
- Free shipping is applied automatically when you purchase $75 or more
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
- An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped
- You can also login to your BoardGames.com account to see any shipping updates
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
- Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations.
- If you wish to send items to different locations, please place separate orders
ADDRESS CHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

CONTIGUOUS U.S.
- For orders to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), we offer USPS Priority and USPS Express Shipping.
AK, HI, AND PR
- UPS 2 Day and UPS Next Day are available. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes in any of these locations.
PO BOXES
- Orders weighing less than 70 pounds can be sent through the United States Postal Service. We cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of the contiguous U.S.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
For shipments to Canada, the following shipping rates can be selected:
- Expedited (5-10 business days after *processing) – $19.95
- Express (1-2 business days after *processing) – $29.95
*Processing Times: In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.
Also note that International shipments are generally subject to Customs Fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.)
CUSTOMS FEES
- Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
- These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
- We are not able to mark orders as “gifts”.
- We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
